1. Who we are

TOXIC (toxicrelation.com) is operated by NTAM GLOBAL S.L. (NIF B19855923), Plaza Europa 9, floor 15, door D, 08908 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), Spain (“we”). Contact: info@ntamgroup.com.

2. What TOXIC is

TOXIC is an entertainment service. It generates humorous reports, statistics and charts about a conversation you upload. Reports are produced automatically, partly by artificial intelligence.

Reports are not psychological, medical, legal or relationship advice, are not a scientific assessment, and must not be used as evidence in any dispute or proceeding.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old.

You may only upload conversations in which you are a participant. You must not upload conversations involving minors, conversations obtained without authorisation, or content you are not allowed to process.

4. Acceptable use

You will use reports privately and will not use them to harass, shame, threaten, monitor or discriminate against anyone. You will not publish other people's messages without their consent.

You will not use TOXIC to monitor employees or make decisions about any person's employment, credit, housing or legal status.

5. Free and paid reports

Part one of a report is free. Part two is free after you confirm your email address. Part three is unlocked by a one-time payment shown before checkout, including VAT. There is no subscription.

Payments are processed by Revolut. We never see your full card details.

6. Right of withdrawal

Part three is digital content supplied immediately after payment. Before paying, you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the content is supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights if the report is not delivered or is defective; contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

7. Availability and deletion

Unpaid reports are deleted 7 days after creation. Paid reports are deleted 30 days after payment. You can delete your report at any time from the report page.

8. Liability

Reports are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or offensive to someone. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version you accepted applies to your report. These terms are governed by the law of Spain, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
