1. Controller

2. How your chat is handled

Your exported chat file is opened and processed in your browser. The full conversation is not uploaded to our servers.

Your browser sends us: message statistics (counts, times, emojis, frequent words), the names you choose for the report, and a limited number of short excerpts in which names, phone numbers, email addresses, IBANs and links have been replaced.

3. What we process and why

Statistics and excerpts: to generate your report, based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a)), because a conversation may reveal sensitive information.

Email address: to verify it with a one-time code and send you your report link (performance of the service, Art. 6(1)(b)). Reminders and offers are sent only if you tick the separate box (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).

Payment data: processed by Revolut to take payment and by us to keep accounting records (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).

Consent records: the checkbox, text version, time and a hashed IP address, to prove consent (Art. 7(1)).

Anonymous aggregate statistics (for example average reply times by relationship type) may be used to build benchmarks. They contain no text and cannot identify you.

4. Other people in your chat

The conversation contains data about another person. We minimise it: their messages are not uploaded in full, names are pseudonymised before analysis, and data is deleted on a fixed schedule. You must only upload conversations you take part in and use the report privately.

5. Processors

Hosting: Hostinger, France (EU). AI text generation: Ollama (United States). Email delivery: Resend. Payments: Revolut. We have data processing agreements with each processor. Your data is never used to train AI models.

6. Retention

Excerpts: deleted as soon as your full report is generated, and at the latest when the report expires. Reports and statistics: 7 days if unpaid, 30 days after payment. Email address: deleted with the report, unless you consented to reminders (then until you unsubscribe). Payment records: as required by tax law.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, withdraw consent at any time, and object to processing. Contact info@ntamgroup.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; our lead authority is the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (for example your language). We use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics.
